skybox update

[scene] figured out skybox indexing.
[framework] dynamic models experiments
[framework] removed lots of unused code from quadblock
[viewer] fixed antialias toggle
[viewer] switched to untextured med mesh (was low)
[bash] added crash bash dat file exporter. only works with a few versions.
